John Dolan

John Dolan is the COO of ProSmile, a dental health associates company. John has been with the company since April 1999 and has increased revenues from $5.5 million to $32 million. John has also built the corporate infrastructure and central systems to support a multi-location, multi-discipline environment. In addition, they have orchestrated the additions of Oral Surgery and Orthodontic disciplines into the practices. John has also personally pioneered receiving $1,000,000 in EHR (stage one) incentive dollars from the selection of the certified software, registration of our employee doctors in CMS and the payment process through NJMMIS under the A.C.A. Moreover, they have spearheaded the audit through the State of N.J. for the EHR incentive payment from the CMS as well as the federal audit from CMS for the EHR incentive payment. Lastly, they have coordinated and effectuated the implementation of the minimum required healthcare plan to the employees to satisfy the A.C.A. requirements.
