Kristin Armenta

Kristin Armenta has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and coordination. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Gateway and later moved on to Ameriquest Mortgage Company as a Recruiting Coordinator. In 2007, they joined Smile Brands Inc. as a Dentist Recruiter. Kristin remained with the company until 2014, during which they demonstrated a passion for building relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment results. From 2014 to 2016, Kristin worked as a Dentist Recruiter at Pacific Dental Services. Kristin then returned to Smile Brands Inc. in various roles, including Manager of Doctor Recruitment, Sr. Manager of Recruitment Operations, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at ProSmile.

Kristin Armenta attended Fullerton College from 1999 to 2002, where they studied psychology.
