Elise Ward GAICD has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Elise is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Prospa, a leading fintech company focused on supporting small businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Prospa, Elise held the position of People & Culture Leader at Frasers Property Australia. Elise also served as the Director of People & Culture at Elastic Path Software. As a Senior HR Business Partner, Elise has worked with renowned organizations such as Samsung Electronics and Tabcorp. Elise began their career as an HR Advisor at Savills and later worked as an HR Officer at George Weston Foods. Elise also gained experience as a Consultant at Retention Partners.

Elise Ward GAICD has a comprehensive education background. Elise completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they acquired valuable knowledge and skills relevant to corporate governance. Elise attended the AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Change Management. In 2013, they underwent HR Accreditation at the Corporate Leadership Council (CEB), focusing on enhancing their knowledge and skills in human resources. Elise holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Macquarie University, which they earned between 2005 and 2009.
