Sarah Heimeier

Sarah Heimeier is a highly experienced service designer and design coach, currently serving as the Lead Service Designer at Prospa since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Service Design practice and defining the organizational vision. In addition to this role, Sarah operates as a Senior Service Designer at Sarah Heimeier Design, focusing on coaching, speaking, and facilitating workshops on various topics related to service design and leadership. Previous experience includes roles at AMP as a Service Designer and Strategic Designer, Atlassian as a User Experience Researcher, and early career positions in industrial design at Shadowmaker and Atomic Elf. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Industrial Design from RMIT University, participated in an exchange program in Industrial and Product Design at the National Institute of Design in India, and completed the altMBA program in 2021.
