Matthew Sandler

Matthew Sandler is a Vice President and has been in the finance industry since 2011. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments in CLOs. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2011 through 2013, Matthew worked as an associate in the Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP focusing primarily on GAAP Level III asset valuation to support audits of asset management clients. He was also responsible for performing due diligence on primary issuance of RMBS transactions for the purpose of providing assurance to Ginnie Mae as well as investment banking clients.

Matthew received his BS from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
