Peter Hopkins

Peter Hopkins, is a Principal on Prospect’s Investment Team and has worked in real estate since 2003. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining Prospect, Peter worked at Waypoint Residential, where he focused on the origination and execution of multifamily real estate transactions. Prior to joining Waypoint, he was with Broadway Partners, where he was responsible for executing and managing office property transactions throughout the United States. Peter began his career as a real estate investment banking analyst at Sonnenblick-Goldman.

Peter received his BBA from The George Washington University.
