Nigel Sully

Nigel Sully is an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Prospect Hospice and as a Board Trustee at Carer Support Wiltshire, Nigel also contributes as an Independent Remuneration Committee Member for the General Optical Council. Previously, Nigel held the position of HR Director at the UK House of Lords, providing strategic HR guidance and serving on the Administration Management Board. At the Natural Environment Research Council, Nigel served as Associate Director of HR, leading significant projects in pay and reward structures and employment relations.
