Nate Herstad

Nate Herstad, CPA has over 20 years of work experience in the field of taxation. Nate is currently serving as the Vice President of Tax at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they held the same position at Confie. Nate also worked at EY as a Tax Senior Manager.

During their tenure at ResMed, Nate held various roles including Senior Manager of Global Tax Operations, Senior Manager of Global Tax Provision and Americas Tax, Manager of Americas Tax, Tax Supervisor, and Senior Tax Analyst. Nate'searlier experience includes working as a Tax Senior at KPMG LLP, Senior Tax Analyst at QUALCOMM, INC, Tax Senior at DELOITTE TAX, LLP, and Staff Accountant at RBZ, LLP.

Nate Herstad, CPA has a Master's degree in Business Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Nate also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of California.
