Colin O'Donnell started their work experience in 2013 as a Summer League Basketball Coach at St. Francis High School. In 2012, they held various roles at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, including President, Recruitment Chairman, and Standards Board Member. Colin then worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Lincoln International in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International, with a brief period in 2017 where they worked as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst. In 2018, Colin joined Moneythink as part of the Young Professionals Board of Directors. Later that year, they became an Associate at Prospect Partners, a private equity firm. Colin progressed to Senior Associate in 2020 and currently holds the role of Vice President at the company since July 2021.

Colin O'Donnell pursued their education starting from 2007 to 2011 at St. Francis High School, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a focus on Finance.

Additionally, in July 2015, Colin obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
