Shilpa Jain

Shilpa Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shilpa currently works at Prospecta Software as a Product Support Consultant, starting in April 2021. Previously, they worked at eftsure as a Jr. Implementation & Support Engineer from September 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they briefly worked at Citrus Group | Contact Centre Recruitment as a Customer Service Representative in February 2020. Shilpa also has experience as a Software Engineer (Assistant Support Engineer) at Steria India from August 2010 to December 2012, where they were responsible for daily health checks, monitoring and maintenance of servers, and application schedule management. In addition, they worked as a Lecturer at Modi Institute of Technology, Kota from July 2007 to November 2008, where they were involved in 24 development projects.

Shilpa Jain pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Sikar Jobs, completing their education from 2002 to 2006.
