The Opportunity

In this role, you'll report to the Principal of Client Solutions and play a vital part in supporting the delivery and sales of our products and services. You'll focus on understanding and solving client business needs, using our in-house analytics tools to deliver exceptional value and service.

Collaborate with our team to define, sell, and solve real-world healthcare challenges through data and analytics. Support Principals in growing and maintaining client relationships, developing account plans, and uncovering new business opportunities.

As a key player, you'll help shape and build new approaches to adapt and scale our offerings, contributing insights to our Product and Engineering team for possible enhancements. You'll thrive in the solutioning process, supporting Principals in generating new business and sales, delivering outputs for clients, and collaborating across teams to address client problems.

Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Solve for clients’ needs in collaboration with other teams through the appropriate mix of products and services, contributing to the scoping, closing and delivering on projects.

  • Be responsible for supporting the successful delivery, implementation, and client management of sold engagements.

  • Support Principals and the team on client related activities.

Data Analysis and Insights 

  • Analyse data and highlight actionable insights into presentations and reports.

  • Identify trends, patterns within data about therapy areas to assist principals with supporting clients in deep dive quarterly reviews.

  • Possess a deep understanding of data sources to apply algorithms to answer client’s key business questions.

Dashboard Configuration and Management

  • Configure dashboards to support the delivery of new therapy areas to new and existing clients.

  • Update algorithms and apply changes requested by the client for existing dashboards to answer their business questions.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Concisely and accurately communicate complex analyses to key stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of passionate health researchers on pre-sales demos, proof of concepts, solution design and product development.

Task Management

  • Demonstrate the ability to balance prompt delivery of tasks whilst maintaining great attention to detail with high quality output.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in health sciences, data science, or business) or equivalent experience in healthcare data analytics, health technology, and pharmaceutical industry.

  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, consulting, healthcare, research, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, or others

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to extract insights from data and effectively communicate commercial or clinical implications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for innovative data analysis.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and attend client meetings in person in Sydney.
