Nathan Chadwick

Nathan Chadwick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nathan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Prospection since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Airtasker as the CFO from November 2018 to October 2022, where they achieved significant milestones such as successful capital raisings, acquisitions, and international market entries. Before Airtasker, Nathan held the position of Corporate Finance and Commercial Executive at AJ Lucas from January 2016 to October 2018. Nathan also worked as a Corporate Finance and Strategy Advisor at Cove Advisory from December 2012 to October 2018, providing advice on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Nathan has experience in investment banking, having served as a Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Sydney from August 2011 to May 2012, where they facilitated the financing of Super Retail Group's acquisition of Rebel Sport. Nathan also worked as a Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Dubai from 2008 to 2011, co-founding the Equity Capital Markets practice and leading various initiatives in the Middle East and Africa. Nathan's career started at ABN AMRO in London, where they initially served as a Manager and later as an Associate Director responsible for transaction origination and execution. Nathan also worked at Credit Suisse in Sydney as a Research Analyst, and at Deloitte in Perth as an Analyst, gaining experience in financial analysis and accounting.

Nathan Chadwick began their education at Brisbane Boys College from 1988 to 1992. Nathan then enrolled at The University of Queensland from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence. Nathan'sfield of study during this time was commerce and law. In 1997, Nathan attended Curtin University for one year and obtained an Honours in Finance degree, achieving a First Class classification. Its field of study was finance.
