Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas

Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas is an accomplished leader in the mining and metals industry, serving as the CEO and Founder of Inclusive Mining since May 2022. In addition to this role, Rosario holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) since March 2021 and is a Co-Founder and Director at HispanoMine since October 2012. Rosario's previous experience includes leadership roles at Odgers Berndtson, Heidrick & Struggles, TRANSEARCH, and Glencore. Rosario's educational background features an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and further studies at institutions including the University of Oxford, The Wharton School, and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Additionally, Rosario holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
