Christopher Ercoli

Christopher Ercoli has a range of work experience, starting in 1998 with Citi, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Director of Operations in Credit Risk Management. Christopher was responsible for overseeing collections for branded cards and managing relationships with external regulators and third-party servicers. Ercoli also worked at Signify Health as the Vice President of Member Engagement Operations, overseeing call center operations and implementing an automated dialer system. Christopher later joined Ally as a Senior Analyst in Capacity Planning and SoFi as a Senior Operations Manager in Credit Card Collections, where they created and implemented strategies to improve resource planning and delinquency resolution. Ercoli's most recent position was with Prosper Marketplace as the Director of Collections Strategy & Operations.

Christopher Ercoli obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 1997, they briefly attended Texas A&M University, focusing on engineering studies. Additionally, Christopher has obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, and Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2019.
