Matthew Harrison

Matthew Harrison is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Prosper Marketplace since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Associate Attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Gutnicki LLP, honing expertise in various aspects of corporate law.
