Prior experience includes roles as Managing Partner at Faulkner Partners LLC, where strategic advisory services were provided to energy, media, and green technology sectors, and as First Vice President in associate legal counsel positions at both Raymond James Financial Inc. and Morgan Keegan. Will Schmitt's academic credentials include a JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Mississippi, along with certifications in regulatory compliance from Georgetown University and participation in the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School.
