Paula Marshall

Paula Marshall has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Paula'smost recent role is as the Regional Vice President of Worksite Benefits at Prosperity Life, where they oversee the development and implementation of worksite solutions. Prior to this, Paula worked at Assurity Life as a Regional Sales Manager, consulting with Employee Benefit Brokers on how to incorporate Worksite Solutions into their healthcare strategies. Paula also provided expertise on voluntary benefit plans. Paula's experience also includes working as a Worksite Specialist at SilverStone Group, where they established partnerships with clients and carriers and managed plan designs, rates, proposals, and enrollment. Additionally, they served as the Lead of Large Case Marketing in the Field/Sales Operations department at Lincoln Financial Group, where they managed the RFP response process and collaborated with multiple departments to create comprehensive winning responses. Paula began their career at Mutual of Omaha as a Business Systems Senior Analyst and later became a Supervisor of Group Proposals.

Paula Marshall earned an Associates degree in Legal Secretary from Barton County Community College from 1986 to 1988. Paula then went on to earn a BS degree in Business Management from Bellevue University from 1991 to 1993. Paula Marshall also holds a certification in HIAA from the Health Insurance Association of America.
