Ioannis Derdas

Ioannis Derdas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Finance Accounting Intern at HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group of Companies. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Payroll Specialist & Assistant Accountant at KAPA CHANGE Group of Companies, where they were responsible for handling and submitting employees' data to the Hellenic Ministry of Labor. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at TERNA S.A., where they handled the submission of employees' data to the Hellenic Ministry of Labor and I.K.A. Ioannis then transitioned to HERON in 2016, where they served as an Accountant until 2021. At Plaisio - Πλαίσιο, they held the roles of HR Business Partner Direct Sales B2B and Payroll Specialist from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they worked at Nexi Group as a Jr. HR Business Partner Customer Operations until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Officer at Prosperty.

Ioannis Derdas completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London in the period of 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras from 2004 to 2008. In 2010, Ioannis received a certificate in Social Perceptiveness, Psychology & Art Therapy from Sferiki Academy | Global Perceptiveness | sferiki.gr. Finally, they completed their high school education at 1st Lycceum of Elefsina, W. Attica, earning an Apolytirion (High School Diploma) from 2000 to 2003.
