Derek S Weaver Do

Derek S. Weaver, DO, is a seasoned family medicine physician and business owner, currently operating Weaver Family Medicine since June 2007. In addition to managing a full-scope private practice, Derek serves as a Family Medicine/Obstetrics physician at Prosser Memorial Health since January 2015 and was the Medical Director at Heartlinks Hospice & Palliative Care from January 2020 to January 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Astria Health from August 2010 to January 2015 and completing a Family Medicine Residency at UCHealth from June 2007 to June 2010. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathy from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.
