Troy Bedik

Troy Bedik is an experienced brewing professional currently working as a Brewer at Prost Brewing Company since December 2023, with a strong background in the craft beer industry that includes previous positions as a Brewer at New Belgium Brewing and Civil Life Brewing Company. Troy's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Shift Manager and Bartender at International Tap House, where responsibilities included managing customer experiences across a large selection of craft beers. Prior to focusing on brewing, Troy served as a Cellar Operator/Packaging Operator at Schlafly Beer, and held various positions in customer service and recruitment. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama from Tufts University and an International Baccalaureate from United World College USA.
