Harold Baugus

Harold Baugus serves as the General Manager at Chinook Winds Casino Resort since August 2022, where contributions to organizational growth are emphasized. Previously, Baugus held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Isleta Resort & Casino from June 2015 to October 2021, gaining valuable experience in one of the premier gaming operations in the Southwest. Additional roles include General Manager at Indian Head Casino and Sherwood Valley Rancheria Casino, and CEO of Gila River Gaming Enterprises. Baugus began professional involvement in the gaming industry as Security Director at Gila River Gaming Enterprise.
