Erin Kitchell

Erin Kitchell began their career in 2009 as an Educational Leadership Consultant for Tri Delta. In 2010, they became a Graduate Intern Student Conduct & Academic Integrity for the University of South Carolina. From 2012 to 2021, they held various roles at the University of South Carolina, including Director of Academic Integrity & Interim Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students, University 101 Instructor, Coordinator for Student Conduct & Outreach, and Program Coordinator for Experiential Education. In 2021, they joined Prosyntix as a Technical Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist. At Prosyntix, Erin is responsible for connecting qualified candidates with potential job opportunities, providing coaching and support with resume and interview strategies, and assisting contractors in navigating job transition challenges.

Erin Kitchell obtained a Masters Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Art History from Southern Methodist University between 2005 and 2009.
