Dean Lue has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dean began their career at Super Clubs Resorts, where they worked as an Entertainment Coordinator for a year. Dean then transitioned to Worldwide Travel Services and Chin Yee's Travel Service, where they worked as a Travel Consultant for a total of nine years. In 1995, Dean joined System One Amadeus as a Customer Service Representative and continued in a similar role at Gulfstream International Airlines until 1998.
In 1997, Dean took on the role of a Micro Computer Analyst at Beckman Coulter, where they provided technical support for hardware and software issues. After their time at Beckman Coulter, Dean worked at Networking Engineering as a Technical Skills/Experience specialist for 20 years.
In 2000, Dean joined ProSys Information Systems as a System Engineer, specializing in Microsoft and Cisco Technologies. Dean worked on various projects, from pre-sales to post-sales support, and provided oversight for Cisco Collaboration projects. During their time at ProSys, Dean also took on roles such as a Practice Manager and Project Manager, where they offered technical leadership, developed processes, and ensured project objectives were met.
Throughout their career, Dean has gained extensive experience in managing and implementing Cisco Unified Collaboration applications across enterprise, commercial, and SMB projects. Dean has also worked closely with manufacturers and partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, F5, Symantec, and Citrix.
Dean Lue obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from an undisclosed institution between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, between 1979 and 1984, they attended St. Georges College for an unspecified degree and field of study.
