Kshitij Dave

Kshitij Dave has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR. Kshitij is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Protean eGov Technologies Ltd., where they have implemented strategies to streamline the recruitment process and reduce turnaround time. Previously, Kshitij worked as a Senior Lead of Talent Acquisition at RBL Bank, where they led a team of recruiters and implemented an ATS upgrade, resulting in improved efficiency. Kshitij also served as the Director at Connexio, overseeing recruitment for various clients and designing delivery strategies. Before that, Kshitij founded and directed VConsult-HR Solutions, where they managed recruitment, training, and HR outsourcing. Kshitij started their career as a recruiter at YS consulting and Mainstream Technologies before joining i-flex solutions as an AM of Recruitment.

Kshitij Dave completed an MBA in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they also earned a BSc degree in Maths from the University of Mumbai, from 2003 to 2004.
