Jolly Srivastava

Jolly Srivastava's work experience includes starting in 2009 as a Summer Project Trainee in the Human Resource Department at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. From 2010 to 2012, Jolly worked as a Business Partner in HR at AEGON RELIGARE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, where they managed the complete employee life cycle and drove recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. In 2012, Jolly became a Senior Executive in Human Resources at InterGlobe Technologies Ltd, responsible for employee onboarding, attrition management, and control. From 2013 to 2014, Jolly worked as a Business Partner in HR at Karvy Financial Services Ltd, overseeing HR functions for North India and the Corporate Office. In 2014, Jolly joined PNB Housing Finance Ltd as the Zonal Manager of HR for the West Zone, where they handled recruitment, employee engagement programs, and CSR initiatives. From 2020 to 2022, Jolly served as the General Manager and Zonal HR Manager - West at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, responsible for HRBP activities in the West and Tamil Nadu regions. Lastly, Jolly currently holds the position of Head of Talent Attraction & Delivery at Protean eGov Technologies Ltd.

Jolly Srivastava completed an M.B.A in H.R.M from Mount Carmel Business School during the years 2008-2010. Prior to that, Jolly had completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics in the year 2008.
