Jamie Hand

Jamie Hand has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, Jamie is working at Protective Asset Protection as the VP of Sales Operations, where they are responsible for setting up new functions to address sales project/tech management, sales strategy, and sales analytics. Jamie also works closely with executives and leaders in various departments to represent the needs of sales leadership internally. Prior to this, Jamie worked at COUNTRY Financial®, where they held multiple positions including Manager of Strategic Planning and Alignment, Supervisor of the Direct Sales Center, Supervisor of Market Planning and Field Support, Securities Compliance Specialist, and Senior Learning Coordinator. At COUNTRY Financial®, Jamie was involved in strategic planning, talent development, implementing standard operating procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance. Earlier in their career, Jamie also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the McLean County Arts Center and as a Reporter at the Danville Commercial-News. Overall, Jamie Hand has a strong background in sales operations, strategic planning, leadership, and compliance.

Jamie Hand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies and Sociology from Illinois State University in 2007. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to be completed in 2025.
