Rebecca Hanna

Rebecca Hanna, CLMS ADMS, currently serves as Lead Associate Product Management at Protective Life since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca held multiple positions at ShelterPoint Life from 2008 to November 2024, including AVP of Product Management, AVP of Claims Administration, and Director of Claims Administration, where responsibilities included managing DBL/TDB/STD/PFL/Group Claims units and vendor relationships. Additionally, Rebecca was a Manager of Operations Automation, focusing on operational initiatives and process improvements, and a Business Analyst in IT, handling NYS Disability Benefits Compliance inquiries. Rebecca also supervised a client services team, maintaining procedures and aiding workflow management. Educationally, Rebecca obtained a BA in Geography from LIU Post in 2009 and attended Binghamton University from 2002 to 2006.
