Dra. Joyce González-Domínguez

Dra. Joyce González-Domínguez is a highly experienced professional in organizational development and psychology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Defensor and a founding partner at Protegida, Dra. González-Domínguez also holds the position of President and Organizational Development Consultant at Socious. An academic with extensive teaching experience at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, Dra. González-Domínguez has taught various courses in industrial and organizational psychology and served as a director of the Department of Orientation and Peer Counseling. Previous roles include Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Evertec and Organizational Development Consultant at Popular. Dra. González-Domínguez’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology and multiple certifications in areas such as diversity and inclusion, mediation, and entrepreneurship.
