Protegrity’s Inside Sales group (Business Development) is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Bi-Lingual (English & German) speaking Business Development Manager to contribute to our growth.  You will be responsible for driving interest in the Protegrity Platform targeting decision makers at Enterprises across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and other industry verticals.  You will develop and execute on sales strategy and go-to-market plans, enabling your sales team to drive long-term success with their clients.   You are dynamic, proactive, and passionate about Sales and thrive playing at the intersection of the biggest market trends: Cloud, Security, and Data Privacy. The Business Development Manager works in a multi-cultural team whose ultimate goal is to drive pipeline.  You are the first point of contact between PROTEGRITY and a prospective customer via inbound and outbound campaigns and are responsible for revenue generation within a diverse set of Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Protegrity's prospecting in an assigned EMEA market by generating new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Research target clients, qualify customer’s needs, and handle objections by positioning Protegrity solutions
  • Work with various lead sources: inbound, outbound prospecting, inquiries, promotional campaigns, events follow up etc,
  • Close potential client for initial meetings with Enterprise Sales team and convert potential prospects into sales leads
  • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and develop, measure, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bi-Lingual English and German mandatory for this role, written and verbal
  • Sales mindset and ability to determine prospects Budget, Authority, Need and Timing
  • Impeccable attention to detail; develop multi-channel prospecting sequences (phone, email, targeted marketing, campaigns, etc)
  • Maniacally focused on Prospecting new clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to own strategic initiatives to completion; hungry and resourceful
  • Provide monthly metrics.
  • An understanding of SalesForce is preferred (Excellent CRM hygiene is a MUST)
  • Business level English proficiency is required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working in Cyber preferred
  • Security, Cloud, Data Privacy, Big Data, or AI/Analytics market segments preferred.
  • Knowledge Software Sales, SAAS preferred.
