Ana M.

Ana M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ana currently works at Protenus as an Engineer, starting in June 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at DeGolyer and MacNaughton as a Data Scientist from September 2020 to June 2021, and as an Engineering Technician from February 2019 to September 2020. Ana also gained experience as an OU Externship Intern at Devon Energy from May 2017 to July 2017.

Ana M. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2018. Ana then pursued a Master of Science degree in Data Science and Analytics from the same university, which they completed in 2020. In May 2019, Ana obtained a certification as an Engineer in Training from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

Following their Master's degree, Ana enrolled in the University of Denver in 2022 to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Web Development and Design, which they are expected to complete in 2024. While pursuing their undergraduate degree, Ana participated in a study abroad program called OU Journey to Africa in Tanzania in 2016, where they studied Natural Resources in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Slave Trade in Eastern Africa.

Before attending college, Ana completed their high school education at Norman North High School from 2010 to 2014.
