Andrea (Andie) Buchanan

Andie Buchanan's work experience begins in 2012 as a Marketing and Events Assistant at dynami group, where they provided support in creative development and administrative tasks. In 2012, they also worked as a Production Coordinator at Davis Production Group, assisting in the development of budgets, proposals, and production timelines for medical and pharmaceutical-centered videos.

From 2013 to 2014, Andie worked at The Juice Studios as the Coordinator of Creative Services and later as the Manager of Creative Services and Social Media. Their responsibilities included event and tour design, proposal writing, and budgeting.

In 2015, Andie became the Creative Manager at Presenting Atlanta, where they handled event design, planning, coordination, and proposal writing.

From 2017 to 2018, Andie worked as a Freelance professional at Scout Local Destination Management, where they focused on proposal writing, event design, and on-site event management.

Starting in 2016, Andie also worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks during their Masters program.

In 2019, Andie became a Product Guru (Customer Success+) at Coworks, primarily handling sales, client onboarding, and training.

From 2020 to 2021, Andie served as a Community Lead at WeWork, overseeing member engagement and retention and managing a large space using Salesforce Service Cloud.

From 2021 to 2022, Andie worked first as a Customer Success Manager and then as an Account Manager at CaredFor, which was later acquired by ContinuumCloud. Their responsibilities involved client onboarding, app implementation, training, and client relationship management utilizing Salesforce and Vitally platforms.

Andie's most recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Protenus, starting in 2022. Protenus provides healthcare compliance analytics using AI and automation, and Andie's responsibilities likely revolve around supporting clients in effectively utilizing the platform to reduce risk and save money.

Andie Buchanan completed their Master of Arts degree in Business Design & Arts Leadership from Savannah College of Art and Design between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies from the University of Florida, where they obtained a GPA of 3.95. Additionally, Andie holds a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, which they obtained in February 2023.
