Christa White

VP, Customer Success at Protenus

Christa White has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Christa started their career as a National Security Scholarship Intern at Verizon Federal Network Systems from June 2006 to August 2007. Christa then joined Booz Allen Hamilton in July 2008 and held the position of Senior Technologist for 8 years. In this role, they managed user outreach and support for over 10,000 global users and served as the Customer Support Team Lead on a multi-million dollar cyber technologies contract. Christa identified cyber security concerns and proposed initiatives to enhance the security of DoD information systems. In 2016, they joined Protenus and initially worked as a Customer Operations Engineer from October 2016 to December 2017. Christa served as a liaison between technical teams and end users, advocating for product development and offering technical support. Christa then transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Success from December 2017 to August 2020. In this position, they led the customer success department, focused on customer satisfaction, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey. Most recently, Christa assumed the role of VP, Customer Success, starting in August 2020.

Christa White attended Loyola University Maryland from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Economics. In 2009, they earned the Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board.

Christa later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Towson University from 2009 to 2015, with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2019, Christa obtained the RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance.

In 2023, they attained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
