Zarvan Damania

Zarvan Damania is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with a diverse background in high voltage battery pack design and enclosure. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Proterra Inc since March 2022, responsibilities include designing battery pack enclosures using Catia 3DX and contributing to the transition from prototype to large-scale production. Previously, as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Hyperloop One from May 2017 to March 2022, Zarvan was involved in the design of a vacuum enclosed battery pack with patent WO2021118893A1, as well as developing subscale battery prototypes to evaluate thermal requirements. Additional experience includes a mechanical engineering internship focusing on IGBT cabinets at Hyperloop One and roles at Regina Andrew Design Inc. and Arizona State University, where Zarvan honed CAD skills and design experience. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Symbiosis International University.
