Ranelle Dunnam

Ranelle Dunnam is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Protiviti since November 2018. Dunnam has extensive experience in global strategic initiative development, program management, and collaboration across domestic and international networks. Prior to Protiviti, Dunnam spent over two decades at Robert Half, where a significant contribution included conceptualizing the company’s diversity and inclusion strategies. Dunnam held various roles including Diversity & Inclusion Senior Manager, where comprehensive diversity initiatives were developed and implemented, and Manager of Corporate Recruiting, successfully managing recruitment processes and improving staff retention. Dunnam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California.
