Pax Mitchell

Pax Mitchell has extensive work experience in business development and project management. They started their career at Cross Country Pipeline Construction as a Contract Pipeliner from May 2017 to October 2019. After that, they joined Bar C Drilling as a Project Manager from October 2019 to October 2021, where they successfully managed construction projects and built strong relationships with clients. In 2021, Pax joined Proton.ai, initially as a Strategic Business Development Rep from December 2021 to May 2022 and then as a Senior Strategic Business Development Rep from May 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Team Lead at Proton.ai, where they leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve business growth and processes. In this role, they have exceeded their goals and earned the nickname "the cold call king" for sourcing opportunities through outbound dials. They also worked closely with Account Executives, assisted in managing and mentoring new BDRs, and shaped top-of-funnel processes. Additionally, Pax has a role as a Member at Pavilion since February 2022.

Pax Mitchell obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Northwest College, which was completed between the years 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications including API 1104 Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities from the American Welding Society, B31.1 Welding of Power Piping and B31.3 Welding of Process Piping from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers), and Safety Certifications from both the OSHA Safety Training Institute and MSHA Safety Services.
