Pratik Shah, P.Eng, PMP, MBA

Pratik Shah, P.Eng, PMP, MBA has over 15 years of experience in engineering management, PMO and operations. In 2021, they became the CEO & Founder of Hrim Project Consultancy Group, providing advisory board, PMO and engineering management consulting services to medium scale Hydrogen producer, gas processing, data centers (digital assets) and cleantech startups. In 2022, they became the COO of PermianChain Technologies Inc., enabling exploration and production (E&P) companies to catalogue, manage and create value from their proven oil and gas reserves. Pratik is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at SolarSteam Inc., Sr. VP PMO & Operations, Board Advisor, and Engineering and PMO Advisor at Proton Technologies Canada, and a Founder Advisor at http://www.ioenergy.ca/.

Pratik began their career in 2006 as a Principal-Lead Mechanical Engineer at multiple EPCM: Fluor Corporation, Bantrel, Amec, where they were responsible for mechanical discipline project deliverables in FEED, Detailed engineering and construction phase of the projects. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Nexen Inc. as Lead Staff Engineer, Major Capital Projects (Mechanical, Piping, Materials & Corrosion), and at Chevron as Project Manager and Senior Engineering Project Manager from 2012 to 2021. Pratik also worked at Vista Projects from 2012 to 2021 as Program Manager, where they directed program of small-scale projects for Husky Energy.

Pratik Shah, P.Eng, PMP, MBA has an extensive education history. Pratik obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Pratik then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Aspen University in 2012-2016. In 2004-2005, they completed an Operating Engineer course from TSSA (Technical Standrad and Safety Authority)-Ontario, Canada. Pratik is currently pursuing a High-Performance Leadership degree from Cornell University.
