Jessica Husar, MBA, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at Protos Security, where responsibilities include the implementation and maintenance of HR compliance processes and collaboration with HR and business functions on compliance reporting and HR initiatives. Previously, Jessica was the People Operations Manager at Koneksa, focusing on agile HR practices and compliance with labor regulations globally. Jessica's extensive experience in HR includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at A-TEK, Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were executed, as well as positions at Simply Wireless, Inc., Mohawk Industries, and Pittsylvania County, enhancing expertise in HR management, employee relations, and compliance. Jessica holds an MBA and a BS in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Averett University.
