Haley Marquardt

Haley Marquardt has worked in the supply chain and operations field since 2018. Haley began their career as a Supply Chain & Operations Intern/Consultant at La Marzocco & Modbar, where they completed an inventory audit for over 500 components, created BOM's for all finished goods, and was heavily involved with production planning and scheduling. In 2019, they moved to Flagship Premium Food Group, where they served as a Supply Chain Manager and Sales Operations Analyst. In their role as Supply Chain Manager, they were responsible for leading forecasting, inventory management, production management, and providing support for new item launches, as well as providing data to support cost saving analysis across different teams/departments. As Sales Operations Analyst, they were responsible for order processing and maintaining inventory spread sheets with accurate data, forecasting sales and production needs internally and externally, and leading cost saving analysis projects and making recommendations based on the data. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Proud Source Water as Director of Supply Chain, Senior Manager Sales Operations, and Customer Success Manager.

Haley Marquardt graduated from Boise State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Haley began their studies at Boise State University in 2014.
