RICHARD started their career at All 4 Change in 2009, where they served as the Executive Director and later as the Operations and Organizational Development Director. In these roles, they focused on improving performance and effectiveness of organizations by aligning people, processes, and strategy. RICHARD also implemented various initiatives such as customer experience models and communication programs, resulting in significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In 2015, Richard joined Brooks International as the Organizational Development Director. RICHARD was responsible for driving high growth and creating agile and dynamic business environments for clients. RICHARD displayed a passion for talent development and culture transformation, aiming to make organizations more nimble, scalable, and resilient.

Richard also worked at Proudfoot starting in 2018, where they held the roles of Director People and Culture UK and Europe, as well as Director of Transformation Solutions. In these positions, they played a key role in implementing projects to improve annual profit and loss (P&L) improvements. RICHARD actively aligned the C-suite to the mission, vision, and values of the organization through alignment sessions and developed customized change management training programs.
