ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end customers. Our team helps MSP's leverage best practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational capabilities in managing non-customer-facing work for MSP's so they can focus their teams on building customer relationships.

As an Managed IT Services Consultant (equivalent to a vCIO in MSP terms) on the ProVal team, you will be working with our MSP partners to provide consulting services for their centralized services functions like platform automation, backups, monitoring etc. You will also work closely with our partners, using a variety of communication methods to assist in fulfilling their business needs from their tool stack.

Job Details:

  • Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to ProVal's partners who are Managed Service Providers (MSP's), in helping their businesses move forward with tool automation and back-office assistance. You will be required to maintain a roster of client-partners and participate in calls as a major part of your job role
  • We encourage vCIO's, Net Admins, Sys Admins, NOC Managers, Centralized Service Managers at MSP's to apply for this role. This role requires a lot of partner/client interaction and a high-level knowledge of tools.
  • Evaluate partner needs and assign to service team to develop content that supports business processes, such as scripting, monitoring, reporting, patching, backups, security
  • Oversee partner on-boarding, overall satisfaction, manage ticket flow for partner and any other projects being performed for partner.
  • Audit and oversee implementation of ProVal best practice solutions within partner environments
  • Execute new plans for customers, and provide ongoing training and end-user support
  • Collaborate within a team to innovate new ideas and best practices for clients and the company
  • Communicate with associated vendors for support and assistance
  • Utilize company's PSA to document work performed
