Head of Customer Success at Provar

Piyush Srivastav has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and software testing. PIYUSH started their career in 2012 as a Software Testing Engineer at QA InfoTech. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Test Consultant at Provar Testing, where they focused on test framework development, demos, training, and providing support to clients. Following this, they took on the role of Managing Customer Success, Service, and Consulting at Provar Testing from 2019 to 2022. In this position, they worked closely with various teams to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Currently, Piyush serves as the Head of Customer Success at Provar Testing, where they develop and implements strategies to drive customer retention and growth. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders have been crucial to their success in this role.

Piyush Srivastav completed their education at two institutions. PIYUSH began their academic journey in 2006 at Integral University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in the field of Computer Science. PIYUSH successfully completed their studies in 2009. Afterward, they joined Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (UPTU) for a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program specializing in Computer Science. The MCA program spanned from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Piyush Srivastav has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In December 2021, they completed the Complete Management Skills Certification Course from Udemy. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained various certifications including Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Project Management Foundations, Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service Manager, Learning React.js, and Step into Robotic Process Automation from institutions such as LinkedIn and GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park.
