VP, Global Marketing

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Global Marketing to lead our Demand Generation marketing, content marketing, SEO, digital marketing, media partnerships, international marketing teams, analysis, and public relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, new customer acquisition, and existing customer loyalty. Reporting to the CMO.

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (thought leadership, demand generation, new customer acquisition, and existing customer loyalty) that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals to execute brand awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, and new customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, SDR and customer success teams, and creative services, to ensure marketing campaigns and initiatives are aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage Prove’s digital marketing agency to generate a strong global pipeline.
  • Manage Prove’s event marketing program to generate leads and support pipeline/existing customers through conferences and events.
  • Manage Prove’s public relations, Subject Matter Expert program, and webinar program to secure earned, owned, and paid media placements and speaking opportunities. 
  • Manage Prove’s UK and Brazil Marketing team that including all areas of marketing from events, PR, etc.
  • Manage a team of content marketers to generate thought leadership content that drives demand and improves Prove’s SEO.
  • Manage the team that helps track all marketing channels and tracking.
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform the marketing strategy.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and ensure that all social media channels are consistent with the brand's messaging and voice.

What We Require:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Focused on Performance Marketing and focused on ROI.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the software, financial, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and a strong work ethic. 
  • Bonus points for demonstrated expertise or certifications in digital marketing, event marketing, or MBA.

The salary range for this role is in NYC is $215,000- $230,000 plus variable bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
