Melody Sian, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of People Operations and Compensation at Prove, leading all People Operations functions for the startup since October 2020. Prior to this role, Melody held various positions including People Operations and Compensation Manager at Deloitte, Senior Consultant at Johnson & Johnson, and HR Program Manager at BBA Aviation plc, where responsibilities included overseeing global compensation processes and managing transitions related to acquisitions and divestitures. Other notable experiences include leadership roles at Covidien, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Walt Disney World, and Freescale Semiconductor, where Melody focused on HR integration, employee engagement, and process improvements. Melody holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Project Management Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
