Damien Perriman

Damien Perriman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and management within the biotechnology and chemical industries. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at Gevo, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors at CELLUGY®, Perriman also provides advisory support to Provectus Algae and Cybele Microbiome. Previously, Perriman held senior positions at Genomatica, where responsibilities included leading the development of biobased ingredients and driving business partnerships, as well as at Verdezyne, Inc. and The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on sustainable production and bioscience strategies. Education includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Industrial Chemistry from UNSW.
