M. Fernanda Polit Arcos

M. Fernanda Polit Arcos currently serves as Director for the Federación Ecuatoriana de Exportadores - FEDEXPOR and has held the position of Executive Director at APROFEL Asociación de Productores Ecuatorianos de Frutas y Legumbres since July 2018. M. Fernanda has been General Manager of Provefrut S.A. since May 2017 and previously served as Senior Commercial Coordinator at Mitsubishi Corporation from December 2010 to May 2017. M. Fernanda's extensive experience includes roles in food safety, quality control, research and development, and education, with a solid foundation in food science and technology backed by a Master's degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
