Ivan R. Dominguez

Ivan R. Dominguez has over twenty years of experience in production and operations management. Ivan R. began their career in 2000 as a Lead Production Technician at GE Healthcare, where they were responsible for leading 2nd shift operations in the manufacture of medical devices, leading daily production meetings, and training and developing lab technicians. In 2014, they moved to Lawrence Foods, Inc. as a Production Planner. In 2015, they joined The Middleby Corporation as an Inventory Management/Continuous Improvement, where they oversaw an inventory management system with $10mm of perpetual inventory and 5,000 components. In 2018, they became Manager of Operations Business/Manufacturing at Schuman Cheese, where they acted as a liaison between the operations team and external departments, managed new product implementation, and tracked, summarized, and reported operational results. In 2020, they joined Cheese Merchants of America as Manager of Production/Process Improvement, where they planned, organized, coached, and directed manufacturing operations to ensure the department achieved daily production schedules while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as labor cost reduction and improved output on key processing lines. Currently, they are Materials Manager at Proven Partners Group.

Ivan R. Dominguez received their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Roosevelt University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Harper College between 2002 and 2007. In addition, Ivan obtained a certification in Active Management from Carpedia College in August 2019.
