Jack Coleman

Jack Coleman began their professional career in 2007 at Gala-Net, where they held the roles of Fraud Investigation Team Lead and Billing Coordinator. In 2008, they joined Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. as a Monetization Analyst and Senior Billing and Fraud Investigator, where they were responsible for founding the US branch of the company and teaching multiple levels of customer engagement, mediation, and fraud/chargeback investigation/prevention. In 2013, they moved to Changyou.com (US) Inc. as a Player Experience Manager. In 2014, they joined Tilia as a Chargeback Analyst and, in 2020, they joined PTI (Provenance Technologies, Inc.) as a Chargeback Prevention Manager and Compliance Specialist.

Jack Coleman completed their Diploma in Mathematics/Science and Gen. Ed. from Gilroy High School in 2002. Jack also obtained a certification in Understanding the GDPR from the University of Groningen in March 2019.
