Jessica Shepherd

Jessica Shepherd has worked for several companies in a variety of roles. Jessica began their career in 2014 as a Sustainability Development Intern for Kering. In 2015, they worked as a Public Relations Intern for Boucheron. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Kenshoo in various roles, including Sr. Client Success Manager - eCommerce, Client Success Manager - eCommerce & Search, Sr. Client Solutions Specialist, and Client Solutions Specialist. In 2021, they moved to JOOR as a Retail Success Manager. Currently, they are employed at Provenance and Reckitt as a Customer Success Manager and Performance Media Manager, respectively.

Jessica Shepherd received their Bachelor's degree in French and Business & Management from The University of Manchester between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended St Anne's Diocesan College, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, where they earned their National Senior Certificate between 2007 and 2011. Jessica has also obtained certifications from Amazon, including Amazon Retail for Advertisers, Amazon Sponsored Ads Foundation, Kenshoo Ecomm, and Kenshoo Search.
