Frederique Alverola

Frederique Alverola has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 1998 to 2020, they worked at Olympique de Marseille as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for structuring and developing the organization's HR function. During their tenure, the workforce grew from 90 to 350 employees, and they focused on talent identification and attraction, talent development, salary policies, and internal communication to foster a strong corporate culture. In 2020, Frederique joined Provepharm as the Chief People & Transformation Officer, and later became the Chief People & Impact Officer. Frederique'srole involves designing and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee experience and support the company's growth, using cultural evolution, communication, and social innovation.

Frederique Alverola completed a Master's degree in Ressources Humaines at KEDGE Business School from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Tech de Co degree in Business/Commerce, General at IUT d'Aix Marseille from 1993 to 1995.
