Audrey Jones

Audrey Jones is an experienced professional in leadership and talent development, currently serving as a Leadership & Talent Development Associate Consultant at Providence Care since January 2024. Previous roles include serving as Support Centre Director and Omni Channel Manager at MaxSold, and Manager of Customer Relations & Information Systems at Utilities Kingston. Audrey has also held supervisory and managerial positions at the City of Kingston, Assurant Solutions, and Roots, gaining comprehensive expertise in customer experience, operations management, and team leadership. Education was completed at Queen's University from 1994 to 1998.
